Co-ordination on the day

Following a complimentary consultation we will meet with you six weeks and two weeks prior to your wedding. We will:

Manage all your suppliers and any contact information.

Liaise with the venue and all suppliers to ensure the day goes as you envisioned. Provide a detailed programme for the day.

Oversee set-up of your chosen decor and table setting and all the finer details.

Transport your gifts to your hotel room or car.

Co-ordinate your big day discreetly, leaving you to enjoy your wedding and guests while taking in every moment with complete peace of mind.

Whether you want us to be involved from the very start at the planning stage through to the big day, or maybe you started the planning process but are now feeling overwhelmed and want help to tie in all the finer details; maybe you have it all put together but just want to sit back, relax and utterly enjoy your special day. We are the ones to call and we will bring your vision to life.
We will happily meet with you for an initial free consultation and you can tell us what your dream for your big day is. From this we are able to tailor a package to suit your needs.
